Unbeknownst to them, this group of 5th graders would be given a challenge to test out something new and reflect on its power as a classroom learning tool. Students were asked to create Google Doc accounts which would be used for weekly reading letters, writing experiences, integrative projects, monthly discovery quests, MCAS open response prep work, math presentation, science projects, and a new communication tool to reach their teacher. Students will be presenting how they used Google Docs to enhance their learning and showing off some of their projects that were created or shared using Google Docs. They will also explain how this has prepared them for future learning experiences, being college and career ready.
